How does it work?

Enter the phone number of the person to be located in the dedicated field. The person to be located will receive a locate request with a tracking link and a personalized message. As soon as the recipient has clicked on the tracking link you will receive a notification and be directed to a page with a map containing the specified position of the person located.

How long does it take?

The located person receives a SMS within a maximum of 2 minutes, once the person has given his consent to perform his geolocation, you have access to his position on the administration panel of your Geoxis account.

On which phones and operators does Geoxis work?

Geoxis works on all phones with a valid number. Our localisation system is compatible with all mobile operators, as well as all smartphone brands (Android/iOs/Windows Phone).

What are the requirements for me to be able to locate a mobile phone?
  1. You must subscribe to the 24H trial offer for the Geoxis subscription
  2. The number of the targeted phone must be valid
  3. The phone must be switched on to be located
  4. The recipient must click on the tracking link, and accept the location request
How much does it cost to locate a phone with Geoxis?

£0.90 for 24 hours of trial and then £37.90 per month for an unlimited service. The subscription will be renewed automatically, without obligation, and can be cancelled at any time.

Is it legal to geolocate a person?

Geoxis respects the recommendations of the CNIL & GDPR. The geolocation is activated only after acceptance of the person you want to locate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The subscription is non-binding and can be cancelled at any time.
To do so, it’s very simple, just follow the following steps:

– Go to the page: https://geoxis.mobi/unsubscribe and click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the page.
– You can also go to the bottom of the site and click on “Unsubscribe” in the “Need help?” category of the footer menu.

I can no longer connect to my account. What to do about it?

– Click on the “Login” button in the menu.
– Click on “Forgotten password?”
– Follow the instructions to reset your password by email.

Is my information secure?

Yes, Geoxis is a 100% secure service. The geographical location of the third party is sent via a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and is not visible to other people. Your personal information and identity is not shared with anyone.
